워싱턴뉴스타부동산은 2001년 10월 페어팩스에 첫 오피스를 오픈하고 한인들의 보금자리 마련과 비즈니스 정착에 일조해 왔습니다. 창립과 동시에 신용과 열정에 찬 고객과의 소통으로 워싱턴뉴스타의 열풍이 시작되었고, 그 열풍은 2002년 10월 락빌 오피스 오픈, 2004년 3월 엘리컷시티 오픈, 2004년 5월 애난데일 오피스 오픈으로 이어졌습니다.

한편 워싱턴뉴스타부동산은 2003년 9월 한인 최초로 버지니아 주정부가 공식 승인한 부동산 학교를 설립하고 한인부동산 전문인을 양성하는데 힘써왔습니다. 한국어 강의로 진행되는 부동산면허시험 준비과정을 통해 기본지식과 소양을 갖춘 수많은 에이전트를 배출하였고, 사내에서는 뉴에이전트 교육을 강화하여 계약서를 쓰는 요령부터 계약을 완성시키는 단계까지 철저한 교육을 함으로써 전문지식을 갖춘 명실상부한 에이전트로 거듭날 수 있도록 지도해 왔습니다.
